Store Policies

Returns

Kitty Corner Shop does not do refunds or returns. 

Although we do not do returns, we do offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. 

Buyer is responsible for the returning of the product and fees but not for the re-shipment of the new item. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will then mail out your exchanged order.

If you did not purchase tracked shipping at checkout for international or US orders we are not responsible to if your package gets lost or does not arrive, nor will it be replaced. 

If you did purchase tracked shipping and your package still has not arrived please inquire with your local mailing post office or where your over-sized mail may end up. Sometimes customs may also be holding your package.

Our Shipping Policy

Kitty Corner Shop is not responsible for any shipping damages. All products that are being shipped out are in new condition. 

We are sorry if you received a damaged item, we are not responsible for how the item is handled during the shipping process. However, we may compensate in certain ways if there is a reasonable problem. Lost packages are not refundable due to tracked shipping being available at check out. Tracked shipping costs are from Canada Post.
 

Packaging your orders generally take 3-7 business days after order has been placed.

Once shipping has started(you will receive a shipping email) you should receive your items between 4-14 business days in Canada. Internally or US may take a bit longer such as 2-6 weeks.

Due to traveling for frequent unexpected work trips, ship outs may be delayed if we are away for more than a week! We will post ASAP when dates pop up and right when we know on social media! 

Customers may be expected to pay customs fees, please remember to inquire about your local customs fees and what they entitle. 

Kitty Corner Shop is not responsible to prepay for any customs fees.
