Although we do not do refunds, if tracked shipping was purchased/available please inquire and we may be able to assist on a case by case basis.
If you did not purchase tracked shipping(or was not available) at checkout we are not responsible if your package gets lost or does not arrive, nor will it be replaced.
Free tracked shipping in Canada for 1kg packages and over.
Usually includes a toy or bigger, you will receive an email confirmation if applicable.
If you did purchase tracked shipping and your package still has not arrived please inquire with your local mailing post office or where your over-sized mail may end up. Sometimes customs also holds packages until duty is paid.

Kitty Corner Shop is not responsible for any shipping damages. All products that are shipped out are in new condition, they will not be replaceable but may be compensated in another way depending on each case.
Packaging your orders generally take 3-14 business days after order has been placed. Through COVID shipping has been taking slightly longer to arrive, so please be mindful and patient.
Once shipping has started(you will receive a shipping email) then should receive your items between 4-14 business days in Canada. Internationally or US may take a bit longer such as 2-6 weeks or even longer.
